Play Time

Our favorite swimming pool is under construction this summer so we are looking for other alternatives for the next few weeks.  On Friday Caroline and I went to Water Rampage.  Ali went to school and took her nap in the air conditioning.  The water was freezing but Caroline didn't care- she jumped right in.  

There was a really fun splash park in the shape of a pirate ship. Caroline spend the most time going down this slide over and over again.  We also floated the lazy river and swam in the small end of the pool. We picked Ali up right after she was done eating.  It was perfect timing!

Saturday Aunt Jacee , the girls and I spent the morning hanging out.  The Vintage township houses were having front porch sales.  We looked through their treasures but didn't find anything we just had to have. 

We then went to Aunt Jacee' s work were they were hosting Healthy Heros.  It was free event that taught Caroline and Ali about wearing sunscreen, limit TV/IPAD time, drinking water and hand washing.  Once we made our way through all the booths we earned a wrist band that allowed Caroline to jump in all the bounce houses.

Ali stayed out of sun either in the stroller or in the baby bjorn under a hat/ trees

It was such a great day!

From last night: Ali is teething right now poor girl- daddy helped her by giving her a little pain reliever and playing her some soothing music.  He sang her right to sleep!
