Ali's American Girl Birthday Party

Ali had a American Girl Birthday party this weekend:

She made her own invitations

There is a really fun company called Tiny Teepee that set up sleep over teepee and will take them down.  On Friday afternoon the company came to set up the "pretty in Pink" theme.

Right before the slumber party we had a porch party with Nana, Papaw & Poe family.

Happy Birthday sweet ALi!

Cousins together

Ali loves her new hat

Caroline got one too!

New Baby bunk bed!

Mimi was there and stayed in the car.  Chris was so glad to see her!

Caroline was so excited to use her own money this year to buy Ali a present.

Stamps from the Falcos.  Ali immediately opened this gift and started stamping everything.

Ali, Emma and Ellie have been in the same Sunday school class and school since they were babies.  I can't imagine being their teacher.  All three talk constantly and the wind each other up.  Also I mixed up names constantly.

All the girls brought their doll and they played "college" where all the dolls lived in an apartment and they would go over and visit each other.

Cake time!

She didn't blow out candles on the cake.  We got a small cupcake for Ali to blow it out.

Caroline watched a movie in Chris and my room while the little girls played but joined them when they started to watch Ferdinand.  They were all asleep by 11:15.

Chris woke up and made breakfast for the little girls.  They were going by 7:00 AM

Emma brought everyone fake nails and it was a huge success!

More painting

and Stamping.  It was a fun party!

Girl scout booth today.  Nana came to visit with Caroline while she was selling.

Ali is 6!

Ali is 6 today!
My sassy, creative, hilarious, intelligent, stubborn 6 year old.  Her dad and I love her so much!
The above picture was taken a few nights ago.  Ali was still sleeps on her crib mattress most nights.  It is hidden under her bunk bed every night and she normally pulls it out to sleep on it.  Her legs are almost to the end.  She still sleeps with her "b" or blanket.  I don't care if she does this for the rest of her life.

She likes to create the most interesting things and is actually an amazing adding lots of details to her drawings and crafts.  She LOVES glue and tape and has gone through most of her Christmas supply already.
We set up a little area for her crafts to live and she will spend hours cutting, gluing and creating.

She LOVES her sister.  She is fiercely loyal to her.  I have heard her tell multiple kids off for messing with her sister.   Most nights Ali drags her crib mattress into her sister's room where they laugh and talk for hours.  Chris and I do not care as long as they are sweet and don't come out of their rooms!
Their favorite games to play together Hide & Seek- they also wrestle and can get rough with each other
Mind craft- Where they create worlds together.

Ali's note to her sister I found - She came to me and asked how to spell "wouldn't" &"complete"
