Cookie Season has begun.
Caroline has set her goal as 375 cookies and Ali really wants the bee socks- she has to sell 300 to get those. Both girls have been doing great.
First sale was to Nana and Papaw
The girls were practicing selling at girl scouts on Tuesday. Caroline pretended to knock on a customer's (Ali) door. Ali answered the door gave Caroline a chance to ask if she wanted to buy cookies. Then Ali exclaimed, "NO!!" and slammed the door. I took a picture right when she slammed it.
The girl's troop has big plans for the summer. They have the opportunity to spend the night at the zoo during the summer so they are want to sell a lot of cookies. We also use the money for service projects and patches.
This week:
I did a lessons in the library this week and Ali was able to help me during her classes time. In her class we made color monster bracelets.
She was a great co-teacher and helped me fasten bracelets of all her classmates.
