Summer Begins!

Summer began on Saturday at the Prather house. I still have to work about 8 more days but my job became a lot easier once parents, students and teachers are no longer in the building.  Saturday morning both girls were up at 7:00 am. {Neither one got the "sleep in" memo} 

Caroline & Ali watched and played games on the IPAD until I had breakfast ready for big sister. Ali was interested in Caroline's wiggly toes.  Caroline was happy to let her play with her foot.  What a strange relationship these two have.

 My plans for this summer are to hangout with both girls and Chris as much as possible.  We have a family vacation at the end of June.  Prather/Falco annual trip in the middle of July, and David Family set to come to Texas at the end of July.  The girls and I plan to go swimming, craft, watch movies, play dolls, have tea parties, go to the park and just relax and have fun. 

Just a taste of what playing with Caroline looks like.  This is Ms. Caroline at her pretend school at nap time reading to her students.  Our living room was covered with stuffed animals and their blankets. No worries Ali was asleep in her crib. 

Caroline likes to line all her dolls up.  This is how she plays with them.  It's like they are sitting on the sideline bench waiting to be called in by the coach.  Once she plays with one she puts them back up on the ledge and picks the another out.  It's funny to listen to her talk to the dolls- "ok little guy back up here next to your friend" Also Pip the cat likes to supervise. So cute!  I'm glad for summer and the time with my family!

Also a nice surprise was Caroline packed this in my lunch.
