Caroline's elementary hosted a fine art's night called Owlapalooza. The school displayed art work, had a few grade levels sing, 2nd grade danced and the 5th graders put on a play. Caroline had a few pieces of art displayed. Her teacher said her pink monster was displayed on one of the partitions but it was so crowded with parents and students we were only able to find her owl. It was colorful and crazy just like her!
I let the girls play on the playground for a few minutes before heading home.
Caroline and a few classmates got to help with the morning announcements on Tuesday. She came home super excited to tell me that she got to say the lunch choices:
Convo with Caroline:
Me: How did the announcements go?
Caroline: Mom, I did awesome! I had to say one of the lunch choices
Me: Oh Wow, What did you have to say?
Caroline: It was the hardest one! I had to say "Chicken, mash potatoes, and a bowl."
Me: Do you mean roll?
Caroline: No, I'm pretty sure it was a bowl
From this weekend:
Caroline is back in cat mode. She has been wearing her cat ears non-stop
Ali decided she wanted to be a dog all Sunday. So I chauffeured around two cute animals.
The girls were being really quiet which always scares me. I walked into Ali's room to find them playing school. Ms. Caroline and her assistant Ms. Ali were reading and teaching letters to their class. The class seemed pretty unruly because they constantly had animals in timeout. I would hear Ali say "No, bear you listen to Caroline." She liked the power.
Rainbow Dash running around saving people!
Giving dad a shot
This is how Ali uses the stethoscope, maybe she will be a lawyer?
Caroline had a birthday party for her friend Zoe
Trying to get the 2nd ring- she is so close!
Monkey
"Yook mommy, the turtle is silly"
Again with the stethoscope....
I love those little girls!
Clearly I've been using my stethoscope wrong!!
