Summer Camps

Caroline did basketball camp and art camp while I finished working these last two weeks.  First was basketball camp at Monterey.

The coaches were PE teachers in the district and did amazing with the 1st-3rd graders. 

Caroline enjoyed it and I'm glad it was a great option while I was working.

The 2nd camp that happened this week was at Miss Megan's Make Room.  Caroline LOVED this camp.  The theme was to create buildings and structures.  They used paint, markers, canvas, they created stamps out of legos and then make their own stamps and then created a castle out of household items.  I don't think Caroline would mind going every day this summer if I would let her.

Lastly, this week went to the new 4ore golf place.  On Wednesday night it is family night so we went with some of our friends.

Today was Ali's last day of daycare forever.  Next year she will go to Pre-school at Caroline's school.  She is so excited!

Also, today is my last day at Monterey.  I'm so sad.  This has been a great place to work.  I have a peace about my decision but it doesn't make it easy to change.
