Learning & Doing New Things

We are having so much fun this Summer.  My kids are constantly surprising me with the things they are learning and doing.  

Ali this week has learned a few new songs.  There is show on Netflix called Mother Goose Club that Ali loves to watch. She points at the tv and says "RowRowRow". We really haven't watched it that much but she has decided it is her favorite show.

We have been trying new recipes and Caroline is a great helper.  

Ali has been climbing to the top of the swing set by her self and sliding down by her self

These days the girls are playing more and more together

Also Caroline learned to play dodgeball.

 Ali wants to do everything Caroline does and she likes to do it by herself!

Caroline learned how to Slip- N- Slide at the neighbor's house.  I tried to explain that we used a little yellow spinning sprinkler to keep the tarp wet in my youth. It would take awhile to get the end wet so the first couple of people would get a burn on their back side.

Caroline gave this to me tonight -she wrote it by her self.  As she gave it to me she said "Mom the "Z" is hard and I messed up.". There aren't many words with "Z" in them so I think she will be ok unless she marries a Zuckerman then she will need to get it down.

 We found a new park both kids want to go back

I said  let's get ready to go.  Ali took off to her room and brought back her Mickey rolling backpack and headed to the door- no pants, no shoes- wearing a diaper & a smile and she is ready to go.
