We love the Falco family! This weekend the Falcos made the 7 hour trek to come see us. Ali got to meet her new friend Jack for the first time and Caroline and Sam picked up were they left off by playing hard together. Friday night Caroline could hardly stand it and waited as long as she could for Sam to come. She was up bright and early Saturday morning -she didn't want to miss a minute playing!
These two had the best time! They played play doh making all the adults milkshakes, spaghetti, grilled cheese and muffins. They played with Amy's birthday balloons. Slowly one by one disappeared either they popped or blew away {The adults were not sad to see the balloons go}. Probably the funnest thing was trying to rescue Pip the cat from her perch. Pip casually lounged above the kitchen were she always takes a nap when Sam decided she needed to be saved. So Sam and Caroline came up with all kinds of rescue missions to get Pip down. They made a landing pad, tried to get her to jump onto a balloon, they cheered for her, & tried to jump and get her. Pip was content just to be the center of attention
Jack and Ali hung out on the play ma togethert. Jack is rolling like a champ, reaching & grabbing toys. Ali watched and was hopefully taking notes.
The dads took the older kids to the park to burn off energy. Amy and I stayed back with the babies.
Amy is so sweet and let Caroline and Sam blow out the candles.
We had the best time with the Falco family! Our vacation will look different then they did. Now 4 adults, 2 kids & 2 babies.
